Thank you for choosing us for your holistic healing needs. Follow these steps to reserve your complimentary consultation as a New Client:

  1. New Clients: Select New Client Consultation or New Client Exam below, based on your availability

  2. After booking, you’ll receive an Intake Form via email. This must be completed online prior to your appointment (takes ~10 minutes).

  3. For questions, please TEXT Dr. Kyle at (270) 925-1553 for a prompt response.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

  • A credit card is required to book appointments.

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid fees:

  • $65 for New Client Consultation/Exam or Regular Office Visit Appointments

  • No-shows will result in the respective fee charged to your card on file.

Location: We are in a tan brick building across from South Central Bank off HWY 54. Turn onto Alvey Park Loop, and our office is the first corner unit of the tan brick building.

Dr. Kyle Wilgus

Dr. Kyle Wilgus, born in southern Indiana, is the owner and founder of Owensboro Atlas Center.

Graduating from Logan Chiropractic College in 2019, Dr. Kyle has had the privilege of working with difficult neurological conditions during his clinical rotations at Getting Weller and St. Louis Upper Cervical.

Dr. Kyle is an upper cervical chiropractor, which is a specific and gentle chiropractor that focuses on re-aligning the top two bones in the upper neck and restoring proper nerve and blood supply to enhance the body’s ability to function at its optimum.

Many clients visit Dr. Kyle to help them heal naturally and resolve issues such as post-concussion syndrome, arm and hand numbness, headaches, migraines, neck pain, torticollis, tinnitus, TMJ dysfunction, vertigo, brain fog, epilepsy, shoulder pain, digestive issues, sleep issues, and other complicated neurologic issues.

When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Kyle with his family in Santa Claus, Indiana where they reside and enjoy going to Holiday World, spending time at their family cabin, fishing, and spending time outdoors.
